목적: 본 연구의 목적은 7개 광역시 중 고령자 비율이 가장 높은 부산광역시의 구단위별 고령자 비율을 파악하고, 서비스 제공 시설의 현황을 파악하여 고령화 사회에 대비하는 사회적 역할에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 연구방법: 2010년부터 2013년까지 통계청에 등록된 자료들과 국민건강보험공단에 설립신고를 한 기관에 대한 자료를 집계, 분석하였다. 결론: 고령인구의 수는 부산진구, 해운대구, 남구 순으로 많으며, 고령화 속도는 동구, 서구, 중수 순으로 빠르게 나타났다. 노인장기요양기관의 경우 부산진구, 해운대구, 동래구 순으로 많은 수의 기관이 운영되고 있으며, 복지관의 경우 북구, 해운대구, 영도구 순으로 운영되고 있다. 부산광역시는 광역 시 중 가장 높은 고령비율을 보이고 있지만, 노인장기요양기관의 수는 부족한 실정이다.
Objectives : The object of this research is to understand the aged ratio for each unit of Gu of the Busan in which the aged ratio is the highest among 7 metropolitan cities. It provides basic data about the social role which checks the present condition of the service offered facility and which it compares for the aging society. Methods : The study analyzed is a data about one institution the establishment report in National Health Insurance Corporation and a data registered in Statistical Office from 2010 to 2013. Conclusion : The number of old age populations was abundant by the Busanjin gu, Haewoondae-gu, and Nam-gu order. And it showed the aging speed up as the Dong-gu, Su-gu, and Jung-gu order rapidly. In the case of the Long term care for senior citizen, the institution of the number which is abundant by the Busanjin gu, Haewoondae-gu, and Dongrae-gu order is operated. And it is operated by the Buk-gu, Haewoondae-gu, and Yungdo-ku order in the case of the welfare center. The Busan displays the highest old age ratio among the metropolitan city. However, the number of Long term care for senior citizen are the lacking of actual condition.
