We conducted a structural analysis on the social support, creativity, self- determination and career
preparation behavior of who participants in the training courses for lifelong educators. The
participants of this study were 392 students at 4-year college, Daejeon, Chungnam. In order to
achieve the objective of this study, a multiple regression analysis was applied. The results of the
study are in the following sentences. First, the social support, creativity, self-determination of
participants in the training courses for lifelong educators has a significant effect on career preparation
behavior. Second, the social support, of participants in the training courses for lifelong educators has
a significant effect on career preparation behavior. Third, the creativity, self-determination, of
participants in the training courses for lifelong educators has a significant effect on career preparation
behavior. Fourth, the confirmed that creativity, and self-determination have meaningful mediation
effects between the social support and career preparation behavior. This implies that creativity and
self-determination as well as diverse social support must be preceded in order to improve career
preparation behavior of participants in the training courses for lifelong educators. The results of this
study provide Preparing a plan to Preparation of career preparation behavior and suggestions for
improving vocational education and improve the quality of college education and employment career.
