본 연구는 평생교육사 양성과정 참여자의 사회적지지와 창의성 및 자기결정성이 진로준비행동 간의 구조적 분석을 위해 대전․충남지역 4년제 대학교에서 평생교육사 자격증 취득을 위하여 평생교육 사 양성과정에 참여하고 있는 대학생 392명을 대상으로 구조모형 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫 째, 평생교육사 양성과정 참여자의 사회적지지는 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘 째, 평생교육사 양성과정 참여자의 사회적지지는 창의성, 자기결정성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었 다. 셋째, 평생교육사 양성과정 참여자의 창의성, 자기결정성은 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미 치고 있었다. 넷째, 평생교육사 양성과정 참여자의 사회적지지와 진로준비행동 사이에서 창의성과 자기결정성은 유의한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 평생교육사 양성과정 참여자의 진 로준비행동을 향상시키기 위해서는 다양한 사회적지지 뿐만 아니라 창의성과 자기결정성이 선행되 어야 함을 의미한다. 이러한 연구결과는 평생교육사 양성과정 참여자인 대학생의 진로준비행동을 향상시키기 위한 방안 마련과 취업교육 및 진로교육의 질적 수준 향상 그리고 대학생들의 취업률 제고에 시사점을 제공한다.
We conducted a structural analysis on the social support, creativity, self- determination and career preparation behavior of who participants in the training courses for lifelong educators. The participants of this study were 392 students at 4-year college, Daejeon, Chungnam. In order to achieve the objective of this study, a multiple regression analysis was applied. The results of the study are in the following sentences. First, the social support, creativity, self-determination of participants in the training courses for lifelong educators has a significant effect on career preparation behavior. Second, the social support, of participants in the training courses for lifelong educators has a significant effect on career preparation behavior. Third, the creativity, self-determination, of participants in the training courses for lifelong educators has a significant effect on career preparation behavior. Fourth, the confirmed that creativity, and self-determination have meaningful mediation effects between the social support and career preparation behavior. This implies that creativity and self-determination as well as diverse social support must be preceded in order to improve career preparation behavior of participants in the training courses for lifelong educators. The results of this study provide Preparing a plan to Preparation of career preparation behavior and suggestions for improving vocational education and improve the quality of college education and employment career.
