본 연구는 인간중심 집단상담에 참여한 집단원들이 심리적·관계적 측면에서 어떤 경험 을 하는지를 알아보는 탐색적 연구이다. 이를 위해 인간중심적 상담을 지향하는 리더들 이 진행한 집단상담 참여자 13명을 인터뷰 한 자료를 근거로, 합의적 질적 연구법 (CQR)을 사용하여 참여자들의 경험 내용을 분석하였다. 분석결과 3개의 핵심개념, 8개 의 영역, 22개의 범주가 도출되었다. 세 개의 핵심개념은 각각 신뢰를 이루는 요인, 신 뢰를 이루는 과정, 신뢰를 통한 변화이다. 첫 번째 핵심개념인 신뢰를 이루는 요인의 영역은 사전경험 및 가이드라인, 리더의 태도, 타집단원의 태도로 나타났고, 두 번째 핵 심개념인 신뢰를 이루는 과정의 영역은 안전감 형성, 자기개방, 문제 인식으로 나타났 다. 세 번째 핵심개념인 신뢰를 통한 변화의 영역은 자기성장과 관계개선으로 나타났 다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의를 기술하였다.
This exploratory study reports on a qualitative analysis of the experiences of 13 participants who took part in person-centered group counseling that person-centered group counseling leader proceed. Based on their interview data, the relational and psychological aspects of the participants' experiences have been analyzed through Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR). The results show three core ideas which contain eight domains and which are further divided into twenty two categories. The three core ideas include 'trust establishment', 'trust process' and 'changes through trust'. The factors of 'trust establishments' are the participants' prior experiences and the guidelines drawn up by the counselors, the group counselors' attitudes and other participants' attitudes in the group counseling. 'Trust process' consists of forming a sense of security and self-disclosure and acknowledgement of problems. Thirdly, 'changes through trust' includes factors that are self-growth and improvement of interpersonal relationship. Lastly, the implications and the limitations of this study are discussed.
