국내 특수목적 차량은 일반적으로 지게차, 굴삭기, 농기계(콤바인, 이양기, 트랙터) 등을 말하며, 부족한 인력을 대신하여 산업을 촉진 시키는데 중요한 역할을 하고 있다[1]. 특수목 적 차량의 매출은 주로 농기계 분야가 차지하 고 있으며 국내 농업 실정상 대형 특수목적 차 량보다 중형 및 소형 특수목적 차량의 수요가 높고, 특히 소형 특수목적 농기계 차종의 트랙 터, 콤바인, 이양기 수요가 높다[2]. 농경단지의 대면적화로 농업산업이 기계화되고 있지만 여 전히 특수목적차량을 이용하는 사용자들의 작 업시간은 개선되지 않고 있기 때문에 세계 선 진 기업들은 특수목적용 차량의 시트에 대한 편의성 증대 연구를 지속하고 있다.
This paper presents a design method for height adjustment mechanical suspension. The mechanical suspensions of many multi-purpose vehicle have very low height adjustment capabilities. The reason for the lack of ergonomic comfort of mechanical suspension is due to the high price. Applying the height adjustment mechanism to mechanical suspension is technically problematic. Generally, the suspension performance varies depending on the height of the suspension. However, the ergonomic design is essential, since the long-term running of the car is frequent. Mechanical suspensions require a lot of research on price issues and suspension performance issues. However, when applying the height adjustment module to a suspension, you must first ensure that they are structurally safe. In this paper, the height adjustment system has applied a commercial pumping system and showing that there is no problem with the finite element analysis.
