이 논문의 목적은 교육계의 항상적 과제가 되고 있는 교육공동체를 구축하기 위해서는 ‘행위자’ 에 관한 담론을 일으킬 필요가 있고, 이 담론은 기존의 ‘역할’ 담론이 아니라 ‘역량’ 담론을 통해 ‘마음’에 대 한 한국인의 의식을 중심으로 탐색해 볼 가능성이 있다는 것을 밝히는 것이다. 연구방법: 2장에서 한국 교 육학계에서 선행적으로 이루어진 ‘역할’ 담론의 논리를 분석하였다. 3장에서는 최근 논의되고 있는 ‘역량’의 개념과 특성을 분석하였다. 4장에서는 ‘마음’에 대한 한국인의 전통적 의식과 오늘날의 의식을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 2장에서는 ‘역할’ 담론이 구조기능론적 성격을 지녔고, 이로 인해 행위자로부터의 혁신을 기대하 는 교육공동체 담론으로서 한계가 있음을 밝혔다. 3장에서는 ’역량‘ 담론이 교육공동체 구축에 관한 행위자 요인을 밝힐 수 있는 대안 담론이 될 수 있고, 그 역량의 실재는 한국인의 심층문화를 형성하고 있는 ’마음 ‘에 대한 의식을 통해 파악할 수 있다는 사실을 도출하였다. 4장에서는 마음에 대한 한국인의 의식이 역량 개념에 부합될 뿐 아니라 공동체를 구성할 수 있는 마음의 본래적 의미를 함의하고 있다는 사실을 확인하 였다. 결론: 이 논문에서 나는 다음과 같은 내용을 정당화하였다. ; 한국 사회에서 교육공동체를 구축하기 위해서는 ‘역량’ 담론이 마음에 대한 한국인의 의식을 중심으로 탐색되어질 필요가 있다는 것을 정당화하였 다. 이 논문에서 나아가 더욱 탐색될 필요가 있는 것은 공동체를 구성할 수 있는 존재로서의 본디 성질을 실현할 수 있는 ‘마음의 힘’이 무엇인가 하는 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to reveal a possibility of the discourse of 'Competency' for building an educational community in Korea, focused on the Korean's consciousness about 'Maum'[心]'. Method: I analyzed the discourse of 'Role' for building an educational community in chapter Ⅱ. And in chapter Ⅲ, I analyzed the concepts and features of 'Competency' discussed in Korea. I analyzed the consciousness about 'Maum[心]'' of Korean in chapter Ⅳ. Results: In chapter Ⅱ. I described that the discourse of 'Role' has personality of structure functionalism, so this has limitations as the discourse for building an educational community which we can expect a transformation from the agency. In chapter Ⅲ, I derived that 'Competency' instead of 'Role' could be a theme of the discourse about actors for building an educational community. Moreover, I derived that the reality of competency could be understood in relation to deep-culture. Thus, I determined to identify the competency through the consciousness about 'Maum[心]'', which forming Korean deep-culture. In chapter Ⅳ, I confirmed that the consciousness about 'Maum[心]' meets concept of 'Competency' and implies the original meaning which can constitute a community. Conclusion: I justified following ; The 'Competency' discourse needs to be explored with a focus on the Korean's consciousness about 'Maum'. In addition, what needs to be further explored in this paper is about power of the Maum[心]. I think Korean people have the power to build a educational community in their consciousness about 'Maum[心]'.
