목적 본 연구의 목적은 작업치료사의 가상현실 재활에 대한 현황과 및 필요성에 대한 인식 내용을 파악 하여 가상현실 재활에 대한 연구의 기초자료로 사용하고자 한다. 연구방법 서울 및 부산 지역의 작업치료사 84명을 대상으로 가상현실 프로그램을 이용한 작업치료에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 가상현실 프로그램을 이용한 작업치료를 실시하지 않은 치료사가 65명으로 더 많았으나, 가상현실 프로그램을 이용한 작업치료를 작업치료사들의 대부분이 알고 있었다. 가상현실 프로그램을 이용한 작업치료는 환자의 일상생활활동 및 레저 영역 기능의 향상에 영향을 미칠 것이라고 응답하였다. 결론 작업치료사들은 현재 일하는 기관에서 가상현실 프로그램을 이용한 작업치료를 대부분 시행하고 있 지 않았으나 향후 이를 활용한 적용은 희망하는 것으로 나타났다.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to understand the status and necessity of virtual reality rehabilitation of occupational therapists and use them as basic data for research on virtual reality rehabilitation. Methods : 84 occupational therapists in Seoul and Busan were interviewed about occupational therapy using virtual reality program. Results : There were more than 65 practitioners who did not use the virtual reality program, and most of the occupational therapists knew the virtual reality program.And that occupational therapy using the virtual reality program would have an effect on the improvement of the activities of daily living and leisure function of the patients. Conclusion : Occupational therapists did not perform most occupational therapies using virtual reality programs at their current institutions.
