본 연구는 청소년의 사회성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 청 소년의 자원봉사활동 참여가 사회성에 미치는 영향력과 이 과정에서 사회적 지지 변인의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 부산광역시 소재 자원봉사센터에서 봉사활동을 하고 있는 13-18세까 지의 청소년 229명이고, 사용된 측정도구는 자원봉사활동 경험, 사회성, 사회적 지지의 세 가지의 척 도이다. 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS Windows 22.0 프로그램을 사용하였고, 독립변인과 종속변인들 간의 인과관계와 조절변인으로서의 효과를 검증하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 활용한 Baron과 Kenny의 조 절효과 검증을 사용하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 청소년의 자원봉사활동 참여와 사회적 지지는 각각 사회성에 정(+)적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 자원봉사활동 경험과 사회성과의 관계에 서 사회적 지지는 강도 조절을 하지 못하는 것으로 나타났고, 사회적 지지의 하위변인인 교사 지지 만이 이들 관계를 부(-)적으로 조절하고 있다. 이들 결과를 통해서 현재 청소년의 사회성 증진을 위 한 방안으로서 자원봉사활동 참여 및 사회적 지지와 관련한 함의를 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study is to the effect of adolescent's voluntary activity participation on sociality, focusing on the moderating effect of social support. The survey used a structured questionnaire and a total of 229 questionnaires were used as the valid sample in the final analysis. For the statistical analysis, the SPSS Windows 22.0 program was utilized and Baron and Kenny's moderating effect verification method. The results of this study were as the following. Firstly, as a result of the correlation analyses of the voluntary activity participation, sociality, and the social support, all of these showed correlations. And, they showed significant correlations statistically. Secondly, in order to take a look at the influences on sociality of adolescent's voluntary activity participation, and, as a result of analyzing the voluntary activity participation and the social support_teacher support with independent variables, all of them showed significance. Thirdly, as a result of the analysis of the moderating effects, in terms of the relationship between voluntary activity participation and sociality, it was proven that social support_teacher support plays the role as a negative effect factor.
