The National curriculum has a significant impact on unit school education activities as they are bound legally to follow it. Based on this fact, this paper aims to examine the general policy of the 2015 revised national curriculum, developed to cultivate talented students with the core abilities that our future society wants, and examine how the general policy has been incorporated in physical education curriculum. In addition, this paper proposes solutions to the various kinds of problems that arise in the development of physical education curriculum in an educational setting. As a result of the study, it was determined that the 2015 revised national curriculum emphasizes a need for improved classroom education as well as learner centered education to cultivate the talent that will be required by our future society. Moreover, the curriculum requires an improvement of the educational curriculum framework to be optimized and more readable learning content. This curriculum also reflects the national and social safety concerns. According to this general policy, Physical Education curriculum must introduce a learner centered education in terms of teaching method and learner direction and evaluation. It must also embrace the general educational policy by presenting safety as an independent realm. In order to realize the core competence expected from the future physical education curriculum through the actual physical education class, it is important to identify the competencies in the various activities applicable to the class. On the other hand, when competence improvement is needed, it must be cultivated by the teacher, and so the pre-service teacher and current teacher require education related to development competence and cultivation.
