본고는 한국 내 조선족 다문화가족 구성원의 한국 군 인식 실태를 파악한 후 이들을 대상으로효과적인 교육 방안을 찾아보자는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 설문조사와 대면조사를 시행한 결과 한국 내 조선족 다문화 가족 구성원들은 한국 군 입대에대해 두려움을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그런데 이러한 두려움이 총기 사용과 힘든 훈련보다는 입대절차와 군대 생활에 대한 지식 부족에서 오는 정신적 중압감인 것으로 조사되었다. 이들을 대상으로 한국 군 인식 실태를 개선해보기 위한 방안으로 한국 군에 대한 두려움을 줄여줄 군대체험형 교육방안과 다문화지수 향상을 위한 교과과정 편성형 교육방안 그리고 흥미유발과친밀도 향상을 위한 영상자료 활용 교육방안을 제시하고자 한다.
The purpose of this article is to find out perceptions of the Korean Army by Joseonjok multicultural family members in Korea and effective education methods for them. As a result of the surveys and face-to-face surveys, the Joseonjok family members in Korea are afraid of joining the Korean Army. However, these fears were found to be a mental pressure from the lack of knowledge about the enlistment process and military life rather than the use of firearms and hard training. As a way to improve the awareness of the Korean Army, the article proposes the army experience-type education plan that reduces the fear of the army, the curriculum for the improvement of the multicultural index, and the educational method utilizing the image data for the interest inducement and the intimacy.
