This study is aimed at investigating the relationship that participants of leisure sports made among sport
motivation, flow (coined by Csikszentmihalyi) and sport continuance. The study conducted cluster random
sampling and recruited 264 leisure sports participants. The study sets three variables; sport motivation, flow
status, sport continuance, and conducts the reliability analysis of each scales. For the analysis, the study
conducts the multiple liner regression analysis by SPSS 12.0 for windows. The results of this study are as
follows. First, sport motivation of leisure sport participants is significantly related to the state of flow in
sports. Sport motivation is effective on specifying the goal of sport, devoting self-aimed experience,
developing control sensitivity, and the state of perfect selflessness, while time sensitivity has no significant
effect made by sport motivation. Third, flow in sport has significant effect on sport continuance, which are
measured by sub-factors such as routine, ability, interest, environment, and company of sports.
