최근 학문 연구를 위한 방법론으로 특정 학문 영역과 정보기술학이 융합된 형태의 시스템에 대한 사용자 요구나 그 사례 또한 증가되는 추세이다. 디지털인문학은 연구방법론이며 인문학, 지역연구 등을 위한 연구방법, 또는 시스템을 의미한다. 전자문화지도는 문화와 관련된 콘텐츠가 IT와 접목된 형태의 융합기술이며 학문연구에 효율적으로 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 디지털인문학의 방안으 로 전자문화지도를 인문·지역연구에 활용하는 방법에 대해 연구한다. 세부적으로 국내 및 해외의 디 지털인문학 기반의 시스템 사례 및 전자문화지도에 대해 알아보고, 디지털인문학의 관점에서 전자문 화지도 시스템을 효율적으로 구축하는 방안에 대해 연구한다.
As a methodology for academic studies, user requirements and use cases on systems which are fusion of specific academic disciplines and information technology are increasing. Digital Humanities is a research methodology, which means study methods or systems for Humanities, Area studies etc. Electronic cultural atlas is a form of convergence technology that is merged between IT and cultural contents, and it can be effectively utilized in academic researches. In this paper, we suggest methods to utilize electronic cultural atlas for Humanities and Area studies from the perspective of Digital Humanities. In details, we investigate both systems related to Digital Humanities and electronic cultural atlas at domestic and overseas perspective, and also study on methods to implement electronic cultural atlas effectively in the view of Digital Humanities.
