노인복지관은 노인의 여가에 대한 욕구에 다양한 복지서비스를 제공하는 기관으로서 그 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 현재의 노인복지관 재원과 운영안을 유지할 경우, 노인인구 증대와 사회요구 로 인해 향후에 막대한 예산이 필요할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 본 연구는 노인복지관의 현 상황을 BSC(Balanced Scorecard)를 기반으로 다측면으로 평가하고, 핵심성공요소와 KPI(Key Performance Indicator)의 제시 및 평가 결과분석을 통해 노인복지관의 효율화 방안을 도출하고자 한다.
The importance of senior welfare center have been increased because the senior welfare center provides a wide range of welfare services for meeting the leisure desire of senior However, if the structure and financial resource of senior welfare center have been kept, the huge budget will be needed, because of the an increase in the elderly population and social needs. Therefore, the purposes of this study are to assess the current situation of senior welfare center in Changwon City based on BSC (Balanced Scorecard) and to suggest more efficient way through the result analysis, critical success factor and key performance indicator.
