This study aimed to explore the practical using methodology of the results of national diagnostic
assessment for using decision making tool. As a result of using IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)
matrix, it has drawn more meaningful results than a simple satisfaction comparison. In the case of H
university, it was classified 20 priority improvement items related to positive and collaborative Learning,
satisfaction with teaching and learning of the liberal arts, teaching and learning outcomes, and quality of
student support. All matrix results were used planning short, mid & long-term program. The positive
sharing of raw data on national diagnostic assessment is needed in order to study various research
methodologies.
