본 연구는 문제중심학습에서 학습유형, 학습동기, 자기효능감, 자기주도학습 준비도의 학습자 요인 이 문제중심학습 효과에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문제중심학습으로 수업 받는 간호학과 학생 137명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN(V. 20.0) 프 로그램으로 상관관계 분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 문제중심학습 효과에 영향을 미치 는 학습자 요인은 자기주도학습 준비도였다. 이상의 결과를 통해 사전 수업설계에 있어 학습자의 자 기주도학습 준비도 수준을 고려할 필요가 있으며 더불어 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 자기주도학습 준비 도와 관련된 PBL 교수학습 전략을 개발할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
The aim of this study is to explore the meaningful student factors of effect in Problem-Based Learning. The subjects were 137 nursing students in C university. A Questionnaire modified by researchers was used and analyzed by SPSS WIN 20.0 program. According to the regression analysis of linear model, the model was significantly meaningful and could explain the 36.9% of data change. According to the analysis of relative meaningfulness of variable affecting self-directed learning readiness was significantly different(p 〈.05), but, learning style, self-efficacy, learning motivation were not significantly different. Further studies on how to increase self-directed learning readiness and a way to advance in self-directed learning readiness are recommended.
