디지털 운행기록장치는 2011년부터 상용차에 대해 법령으로 장착이 의무화되었다. 이 장치는 자동 차의 속도, 주행거리, 위치 등을 수집하는 기록장치로서 이를 통해 수집된 정보로 운전 형태를 파악 하고 분석해준다. 그러나 상용차 운전자를 대상으로 하는 디지털 운행기록장치의 기능을 일반 운전자 가 사용하는 데에는 비용 등의 제약사항이 따른다. 이런 이유로, 본 연구는 일반 운전자의 위험운전 행동을 분석하고 파악하여 결과를 제공하는 스마트폰 어플리케이션의 설계를 목적으로 한다. 이 연구 에서 사용되는 위험 운전 판단 알고리즘은 교통안전공단에서 제공하는 위험운전에 대한 정의를 바탕 으로 한다. 어플리케이션에서 분석된 결과는 실시간으로 사용자에게 제공되며, 이를 통해 운전자들의 안전 운전을 유도하여 사고율을 줄이고자 한다.
The digital tachograph has been mandatory in commercial vehicles by government enactment since 2011. This device is a recording device to collect car's speed, mileage, GPS location information, and it identifies and analyzes driving forms by the information collected through this. However, Common driver is difficult to use the function of the Digital Tachograph for a commercial vehicle driver's operation to the target. For this reason, in this study, to understand and analyze the dangerous driving behaviors common driver, and it is purpose of design of the smart phone application that provides results. Dangerous driving decision algorithms used in this study is based on the definition of dangerous driving to Korea Transportation Safety Authority provided. The results were analyzed by the application, real time is provided to the user in, thereby trying to reduce the accident rate by inducing the safe driving of a driver.
