2008년 이후 글로벌 경제 위기는 우리나라는 물론 미국의 재정위기를 초래하였다. 그러나 중국은 경제성장과 더불어 아시아 인프라 투자은행(AIIB)을 설립하였다. 이는 미국과의 갈등을 초래하였다. 이 무렵 미국과 일본은 더욱 동맹을 돈독히 했으며, 이는 중국과 한국, 그리고 필리핀과의 갈등을 초 래하였다. 이제 미국과 중국은 국제사회에서 더 이상 영구적인 적대국이나 친구가 아니다. 본 연구에 서는 이러한 상황에서 미국과 동맹국으로서 위상과 중국과는 자유무역의 경제적인 이익 관계, 일본과 는 문화적인 호혜관계 설정하고 북한과는 평화협정을 추진을 통한 한국의 안보와 안정을 추진하는데 전략적 방안을 제시하였다.
After 2008, may nations in Global had suffer worst economic crisis, and also United State financial take the advantage of financial crisis, but China were growing the economic. And also China establish the foundation of the AIIB(Asia Infrastructure investment Bank), that is making conflict with United State. In this paper, We suggest for solution of Korea deepening diplomatic isolation solution for the South Korea to make it up with the North Korea. And the Alliance between Korea and the United States firm and strong. Korea with China have to expanding political and economic cooperation through the two nations business activities.
