지금까지의 목소리 연구는 음향학적 측면에서 분석되거나 음성학이나 언어학, 해부학적 측면에서 소 리가 나는 원리에 대해 서술하였다. 효과적인 전달을 위한 표현수단으로서의 목소리 훈련과 목소리 질환의 예방 차원의 실천적 방안에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 음성 장애인을 위한 음성 치료와 발성 치료 프로그램에 대한 연구 동향을 알아보았다. 그 중 치료 프로그램으로 적용된 실험 연구만을 대상으로 내용 분석을 하였다. 음성 장애인을 위한 음성치료 프로그램의 유형을 살펴보면, ‘호흡’이 9편, ‘발성’이 2편, ‘노래’가 10편, ‘음성치료’은 9편으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과들을 살펴 볼 때, 음성 질환자를 약물치료나 수술에 국한하지 않고 호흡과 발성, 노래부르기를 통한 음성치료 를 하는 것이 효과적이라는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 자연스럽고 건강한 목소리에 대한 연구와 더불 어 좋은 목소리를 갖고자 하는 일반 화자나 직업적 음성사용자들에게 직접적 도움이 될 수 있는 음 성치료에 대한 연구가 계속 이루어지는 것이 필요하다.
Until now the voice of the study was to describe the sounds in principle analyzed in terms of acoustic phonetics or linguistics or, anatomical terms. The precaution is necessary to study practical ways of expression as a means of voice training and voice disorders for effective delivery. This study investigated the content analysis applied only to experimental studies applied to the treatment program. If you look at the type of speech therapy program for the speech impaired, ‘breathing’ 9 piece, ‘vocalization’ 2 piece, ‘singing’ 10 piece, ‘voice therapy’ 9 piece appear. Respiratory advantage was accented melodies and singing the chant with the program and to strengthen the vocal cords. In recent years, it is known that it is effective to treat the cause through breathing and phonation not limited to the sound calibration disease medication or surgery. Therefore, the proposal has a good natural voice with the voice character study in healthy normal screen or occupational voice users being made to continue the follow-up studies that directly help.
