고등학생들의 자살을 예방하기 위해서는 고등학생들의 자살 생각에 대한 예측 요인을 파악하는 것 이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 한국 아동․청소년 데이터 아카이브에서 우리나라 고등학생 전체를 대 상으로 한국 청소년 정책 연구원에서 표본조사를 실시한 2013년 NYPI 횡단조사인 아동․청소년 데이 터 아카이브의 원시자료를 이용하여 고등학생들을 대상으로 자살생각에 대한 예측요인을 분석하였다. 연구의 대상은 한국의 고등학생 2,234명으로 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 연 구결과 대상자의 성별, 학업성적, 경제상태, 전반적인 정신건강상태, 우울, 불안, 비행, 교사와의 관계 에 따라 자살생각 유무에 차이를 보였다. 고등학생들의 자살생각에 대한 예측 요인은 남학생이 여학 생보다 2.52배, 전반적인 정신건강상태 정도에 따라 1.34배, 비행 경험이 있는 학생이 0.94배, 우울한 학생일수록 0.89배 자살생각이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 고등학생들의 자살을 예방하기 위해서는 성별을 고려하여 비행이나 우울을 감소시켜 정신건강을 향상시킬 수 있도 록 하는 것이 도움이 될 것이다.
High school students are experiencing excessive competitive entrance examination. High school students have been receiving physical and mental health is threatened. People with suicidal ideation, The people tried to commit suicide. This study was was to investigate the condition surrounding suicidal ideation and related factors among high school students in Korea. This study used a cross-section design with secondary analysis of National Youth Policy Institure. Data from 2,234 participants of 2013 Youth and Children Data Archive were analyzed. Statistical analyses were conducted on weighted data using SPSS 20.0 to account for the complex sampling designs. Complex samples logistic regression analysis, gender, academic achievement, economy status, the overall mental health status, depression, anxiety, delinquent were associated with an increased proportion of suicidal ideation for high school students. Boys had 2.52 times higher possibility of suicidal ideation than girls, The overall mental health status 1.34 times, delinquent 0.94 times and depression 0.89 times had higher possibility of suicidal ideation.
