본 연구는 학교 방문 대상자들의 실습실 내 환경에 대한 인식과 감염에 대한 인지정도를 조사하 여, 향후 참여 대상자의 만족하고 신뢰할 수 있는 실습실 환경을 조성하고자 G시에 소재 대학교 내 치위생학과 실습실을 방문한 153명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사방법으로 자료를 수집하여 분석 한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 대상자의 실습실 환경인식에서 환경상태 청결과 위생관리, 환기, 실내온도 적절에 대해 ‘그렇지 않다’라는 응답이 가장 많았으며 감염방지에서는 전 문항에 대해 ‘그렇 지 않다’라고 부정적인 응답이 높았으며 술자태도 인식에서는 술자의 부족한 기술로 인해 방문을 후 회한 적이 있는가에 대해 ‘그렇다’라는 응답이 가장 많았으며 적절한 설명을 했는가에 대해서도 ‘그렇 지 않다’라는 응답이 가장 많았다. 일반적 특성에 따른 실습실 내 환경인식, 감염방지, 술자태도에 대 한 인식은 교육에서 학력이 높을수록 환경인식 점수가 높아 유의한 차이가 있었다. 실습실 내 환경인 식, 감염방지, 술자태도에 대한 인식간의 상관관계에서 감염방지는 환경인식과, 술자태도 인식은 환경 인식, 감염방지와 순 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 실습실 방문 대상자의 환경 및 감염관리에 대한 인식과 만족이 높아질 수 있도록 구강보건 전문인력의 노력이 필요하며, 특히 치 과진료기관의 진료실 환경과 더불어 감염관리가 철저히 이루어질 수 있도록 노력해야 할 것으로 사 료된다.
