본 연구는 산욕기 여성을 대상으로 보완대체요법 이용 실태와 보완대체요법에 대한 태도를 알아보 기 위하여 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 D시 여성전문병원 3곳을 대상으로 출산 후 8주 이내의 산욕기 여성 143명에게 자료를 수집하였으며, 인구사회학적 특성 5문항, 출산관련 특성 9문항, 보완대체요법 이용실태 24문항, 보완대체요법에 대한 태도 17문항으로 구성하였다. 연구결과 대상자 의 90.2%가 보완대체를 사용한 경험이 있다고 하였으며 43.3%가 효과가 있었다. 보완대체요법의 이용 은 천연제품, 수기신체기반실무, 심신요법 순으로 나타났으며, 보완대체와 관련된 정보는 대부분이 가 족과 지인의 권유를 통해서 제공받고 있었다. 대상자의 92.2% 산욕기 관리를 위해 병원치료와 보완대 체요법이 병행되기를 원하고 있었다. 보완대체요법에 대한 태도는 3.48±0.37(5점)로 나타났다. 따라서, 향후 산욕기 여성들이 이용하고 있는 보완대체요법에 대한 올바르고 안전한 정보제공을 위하여 보완 대체요법의 효과 및 부작용에 대한 과학적 연구와 산욕기 여성들이 보완대체요법을 이용시 요구되는 간호 요구를 파악하고, 이에 적절한 간호 중재 개발이 필요하다고 하겠다.
In this study was to obtain information of use of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) among early postpartum women. Data collection was conducted in 3 Women's Hospital, D-city from 2015 August to 2015 September and a total of 143 subjects participated. Data were analyzed through frequency, test and ANOVA test. 90.2% of the subjects reported experienced CAM and 43.4% of the subjects reported adverse effects of the therapies. The most commonly used CAM category was natural products(80.0%). CAM-related information was being provided mostly through the advice of family and friends. Attitudes of CAM was 3.48±0.37 in 5 point. The results of this study suggests that systematic management and scientific research is needed to provide accurate and safety information on the CAM that can be used for postpartum women. It also suggests that to grasp of nursing needs and to develop of the nursing interventions for use of CAM in postpartum women.
