본 연구의 목적은 한국임상보건과학회지 2013년 창간호에서 2015년 9월까지 게재된 연구논문을 분 석하여 임상보건분야의 연구동향을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 한국임상보건과학회지에 게재된 총 67편의 논문을 대상으로 연구설계, 연구대상자, 핵심어, 통계분석방법 및 연구자의 전공 등을 중심으로 분석 하였다. 분석결과, 연구설계에서는 조사연구가 가장 많았고, 연구대상자에서는 대학생이 가장 많았다. 연구의 핵심어는 연구자의 전공에 따라 다양했으며 통계분석 방법에서는 기술통계방법이 가장 많이 사용되었고, 연구자의 전공은 간호학이 가장 많았으며 안경광학, 치위생학, 작업치료학 순이었다. 이 상의 연구결과를 토대로, 앞으로의 임상보건과학 분야 연구에서는 다양한 연구설계와 다양한 자료분 석방법들이 사용되어야 하겠고 연구참여자에 대한 윤리적 고려가 강화되어야 하겠다. 또한 임상보건 과학의 특성을 살릴 수 있는 연구는 물론 임상보건과학과 관련된 학문과 이론을 융합하는 다학제간 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the published paper in Jounal of Korean Clinical Health Science from 2013 to 2015 and to suggest the trend of future clinical health research. The 67 paper were selected and analyzed by focusing on research design, research subjects, key words, statistics analyze method and major of researcher. Regarding research design, survey study was the most applied. In the research subjects, university students were the most used and key words were various. The prevailing statistics of analysis were descriptive statistics. In the major of researcher, nursing is the most used and optometry, dental hygiene, occupational therapy, in this order. As a result on the research above, following recommendation can be made. In the method of research, various research design and data analyze method should be applied. It should be ethical consideration for research participants, and it will be needed interdisciplinary studies related to clinical health science.
