Enterprise are adopting and operating ERP package systems which were provided by global vendors as a
growth strategy, competitiveness improvement through secure innovation and visibility for management.
Peculiarity thing is that termination maintenance for ERP packages which were adopted by Korean SMEs
depend on theirs financial performance and occur with relationship between termination and financial
performance. This situation would be link customer churn and maintenance sales reduction solution provide
perspective, come to the fore high risk to secure sustainability though continuous innovation enterprise
perspective. So there is need to enhance usability, necessity of SMEs by providing value continually so that
SMEs can utilize usability of global vendor’s ERP package software as a sustainable management tools. I’d
like to propose alternatives for win-win between solution vendors and SMEs and factor analysis of
maintenance termination focus on financial performance of Korean SMEs for ERP package which were
adopted by Korean SMEs and provided by global vendors on this paper. Also, I'd like to consider
additional way to maxmize software utilization and value end user perspective.
