본 연구는 ADHD 하위유형에 관한 국내연구를 고찰하여, 관련한 연구동향을 파악한 후 향후 관련 연구의 방향과 제언점을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여, 국내에서 연구된 ADHD 하위유형과 관련한 연구들 중 2000년부터 2017년까지 국내학술지에 게재된 총 30편의 논문에 대한 내용분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통 해, ADHD 하위유형과 관련한 연도별 논문게재 현황, 학술지 분야별 현황, 연구주제별 현황, 연구방법과 연구대상에 대해 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 ADHD 하위유형연구에 대한 국내학술지 연구는 2000년부터 2017년까지 총 30편으로, 2000년대 중반에 가장 활발하게 연구가 되었으며, 이후 관련 분야의 연구가 꾸준히 진행되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 학술지 분야별 연구현황 분석 을 통해, ADHD 하위유형에 대한 연구는 주로 심리학회지를 포함한 심리 및 상담분야와 소아 및 청소년 의학분야에서 전공특수적인 영역에서 연구가 진행되었음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 연구주제현황에서는 주로 ADHD 하위유형에 대한 정의, 변별, 개념 규명, 하위유형별에 따른 차이 비교가 연구주제의 다수임을 확인 하였다. 넷째, 연구방법에서는 주로 조사연구와 실험연구가 진행되었으며, 연구대상자로 아동이 다수를 차 지하였다. 마지막으로 연구대상의 ADHD 진단여부면에서는 ADHD진단을 받은 대상(실험군)과 일반대상(대 조군)의 비교연구가 주를 이루었으며, ADHD 증상이나 경향이 있는 대상군 또한 연구대상이었다. 마지막으 로 본연구의 결과를 토대로, 시사점, 제한점, 향후 연구의 발전방향에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.
This study examines the domestic studies on the subtypes of ADHD and identifies the research trends and suggests future direction and suggestions for related research. To do this, we conducted a content analysis of 30 papers published in Korean journals from 2000 to 2017 among the studies related to ADHD subtypes studied in Korea. Through this study, we reviewed the status of thesis publication by ADHD subtypes, current status by academic journals, status by research topic, research methods, and research subjects. The main results of this study are as follows. First, there were 30 studies on domestic ADHD subtypes research in Korea from 2000 to 2017, and the most active research was conducted in the mid - 2000s. Second, through the analysis of the research status by the field of journals, it was confirmed that the research on the subtypes of ADHD was conducted mainly in psychology and counseling fields including the psychology journal, and special fields in the fields of pediatrics and adolescent medicine. Third, it was confirmed that there are a lot of research themes in definition of the subtypes of ADHD, discrimination, concept identification, and comparison of differences according to subtypes. Fourth, in the research method, mainly research and experimental research were carried out, and the majority of the subjects were kids the study subjects. Finally, in the study subjects with ADHD diagnosis, subjects with ADHD (experimental group) and general subjects (control group) were the main researchers, and subjects with ADHD symptoms or tendency were also studied. Finally, based on the results of this study, implications, limitations, and future direction of future research were discussed.
