The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between knowledge, attitude and behavior of the elderly and factors affecting the behavior treating the elderly. 266 nursing students participated in this study. The data was analyzed with SPSS 20.0 program using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Scheffe's test, and multiple linear regression analysis. A score of 0.57 out of 1 for the level of knowledge, a score of 2.69 out of 4 on the attitude, and 3.6 points on a 4 points on behavior towards the elderly. There was a significant positive correlation between family social knowledge and physiological knowledge, psychological knowledge, between attitude and psychological knowledge, family social knowledge, between attitude and behavior. Attitude explained 31% of the variance in behavior. With an increase in the elderly population, because the emphasis of getting the role of nurses to care for the elderly, nursing college students, it is necessary to develop programs that can provide a variety of opportunities to understand the elderly have a positive perception of the elderly.
