본 연구는 교육복지사로 활동하는 사회복지사들의 전문직 정체성이 교육복지사업을 위한 다양한 직무의 수행에 어떤 관련성을 갖는지 파악하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위 해 경기와 부산 지역 교육복지사로 근무하는 사회복지사에 대해 설문을 실시하였으며 총 165명의 자료를 분석하였다. 사회복지사의 개인특성(연령, 사회복지 총경력)과 학교특 성(학교급, 교육복지사업 진행 연차수, 교육복지 대상 학생 수)을 통제변수로 하고 전문 직 정체성(전문조직활용, 윤리의식, 자율성, 공동체 및 소명의식)을 독립변수로, 사회복 지사의 직무수행을 종속변수로 하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 전문직 정체성 중 윤리의식이 높을수록 상담과 평가에 대한 수행도가, 전문조직활용이 적극적일수록 체계구축 및 관리, 사업 운영 및 지원, 네트워크, 평가에 대한 수행도가, 공동체 및 소명 의식이 높을수록 학생 발굴 및 관리에 대한 수행도가 높았다. 자율성은 직무수행과 유 의미한 관련성을 보이지 않았다. 이 결과를 근거로 교육복지현장 사회복지사들의 전문 직 정체성과 관련하여 직무 수행도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안에 대해 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of professional identity of social workers who are working as educational welfare workers on the performance of various tasks for educational welfare projects. The survey was conducted with questionnaires to social workers who were working as educational welfare workers in Gyeonggi-do and Busan. A total 165 questionnaires were analyzed. The regression analysis was executed on the relationships between professional identity(utilization of professional organizations, ethical awareness, sense of autonomy, and sense of calling and community) and job performance, while individual characteristics and school characteristics were set as controlled variables. The study results showed that the higher the ethical consciousness, the higher the level of performance of counseling and evaluation. The more using professional organizations, the higher the level of performance of system construction and management, project operation and support, networking, and evaluation. The higher the sense of calling and community, the higher the level of performance of student outreach and management.
