본 연구는 외상 후 스트레스 장애의 치료에 있어서 표현예술치료의 창조성에 대한 영향 을 검증하고, 그 구체적인 기제를 밝히기 위해 수행되었다. 창조성이 외상 후 스트레스 장 애를 치료하는 변인 중에는 심리적 안녕감과 정신건강이 있다. 이에 선행 연구 및 문헌 고 찰에 기초하여 심리적 안녕감, 정신건강이 이중매개 한다고 가정하였다. 연구 문제로 표현 예술치료의 창조성은 심리적 안녕감을 증진시키고, 정신건강과 관련된 부정적 증상들을 감 소시켜 외상 후 스트레스 장애를 감소시키게 되는 이중매개로 설정하였다. 연구 방법으로 참여자 622명(남 108, 여 514)를 대상으로, 창조성, 심리적 안녕감, 정신건강, 외상 후 스트 레스 장애에 대한 자료를 수집하고, 변인간의 관련성을 살펴보기 위해 SPSS 18.0을 사용 하여 상관관계 분석을 실시한 후 인과 관계를 검토하기 위해 Amos 18.0로 구조모형 분석 을 실시하였다. 연구결과 창조성은 외상 후 스트레스 장애와의 관계에서 심리적 안녕감과 정신건강이 완전이중매개 효과가 있음으로 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의와 제한점, 후속연구에 대해 논의하였다.
This study was conducted to examine the impact of creativity of expressive art therapy on post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) and shed to light on its specific mechanism. Among variables, psychological well-being and mental health have been founded to be related with PTSD. Based on previous studies, this study examined the double mediation effects of psychological well-being and mental health on the relationship between the creativity and PTSD. The participants of this study were 622(men: 108, women: 514). Data concerning creativity, psychological well-being, mental health, and PTSD were collected. The results suggest that creativity and PTSD are the complete double mediation effects of psychological well-being and mental health. The summary and discussion of the results underscore the needs to further research and gain better understanding of the limitations in this study.
