본 연구는 자기-상대방 모델을 활용하여 부부간 애착손상과 정서조절력이 부부만족도에 미치는 영 향을 살펴보기 위하여 수행되었다. 기혼 부부를 대상으로 하여 총 228쌍의 설문지가 분석에 이용되었 다. 자료 분석은 개인의 독립변수가 개인의 종속변수에 영향을 미치면서, 더불어 상대방의 종속변수에 도 미치는 영향을 분석하는 자기-상대방 상호의존성 모델을 이용하였다. 연구결과 자기효과에 있어, 남편의 애착손상이 부부만족도에 미치는 효과, 아내의 애착손상과 회피적 정서조절이 아내 자신의 부 부만족도에 미치는 효과가 유의하였다. 상대방 효과에 있어서는 남편의 애착손상과 회피적 정서조절 이 아내의 부부만족도에 미치는 효과가 유의하였고 아내의 애착손상이 남편의 부부만족도에 미치는 효과는 유의하였으나 아내의 회피적 정서조절이 남편의 부부만족도에 미치는 효과는 유의하지 않았 다. 유기적인 부부관계에서 애착손상이 자신과 상대 배우자에게 미치는 영향을 규명한 본 연구결과는 애착손상을 경험한 부부의 만족도를 높이기 위한 효율적 상담개입의 근거를 제공할 것이다.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of attachment injury and emotion regulation on marital satisfaction. Methods: A total 228 pairs of husbands and wives were included in the study. The data were analyzed using the Actor-Partner Interdependent Model (APIM). Results: The actor effect of attachment injury on avoidant emotional regulation and marital satisfaction was found to be significant for both husbands and wives. The partner effect of attachment injury on marital satisfaction was significant in both the husbands and wives but avoidant emotional regulation was not significant for the husbands, only for the wives. The actor and partner effect of avoidant emotional regulation on marital satisfaction was different in husbands and wives. Conclusions: To enhance marital satisfaction of couples in research and couple therapy, it is necessary to consider attachment injury and avoidant emotion regulation.
