본 연구는 간호대학생의 감성지능, 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력과의 관계를 파악하여 문제해결능력 에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. G시에 있는 4년제 2개의 간호대학에 다니는 3학년 을 대상으로 하여 2016년 11월부터 한 달간 조사하여 204부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었으며 빈도, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수를 SPSS WIN 20.0을 통해 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 대상자의 감성 지능과 의사소통능력은 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=.377, p<.001)를 보였고, 의사소통능력과 문제해결능력 은 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=.612, p<.01)보였고, 감성지능과 문제해결능력은 양의 상관관계(r=-.469 p<.001)를 보였다. 회귀분석 결과 의사소통능력(β=-.542, p<.001)와 감성지능(β=-.842, p<.001)은 문제해 결능력에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 모형의 설명력은 45%로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생 의 문제해결능력을 높이기 위해서 의사소통능력과 감성지능을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 이 루어져야 한다.
The Purpose of this study was to investigate emotional intelligence, communication skill, problem solving ability and to identify the influencing factors on clinical stress of nursing students. The data was collected using questionnaires from 204 nursing students who were 2 nursing universities in Gwangju, May 2016. Data ware analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation using SPSS Win 20.0. There was a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and communication skill, communication skill and problem solving ability and emotional intelligence and problem solving ability. As a regression analysis, factors that have an effect on problem solving ability were communication skill and emotional intelligence. Theses factors explain 45% of the variance in problem solving ability. Therefore, to increase communication skill, emotional intelligence of nursing students, it is necessary to develop the program for improving the problem solving ability of nursing students.
