This study used the survey data of adults at 25-64, based on the data of the study on the conditions of
individual lifelong education students of Korea Education Development Institute in 2015. It aimed to
specifically analyze the impacts of culture, arts and sports education for adult learners on their satisfaction
for life from the perspectives of lifelong education. The study analyzed 1,072 adult learners who
participated in non-formal culture, arts and sports education. The study analyzed using descriptive statistics,
frequency analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling analysis. The SPSS and AMOS
were used for data processing. The implications of this study are as follows : It is also required to plan
new cultural arts festivals focusing on citizens to develop culture and arts of local communities and nurture
the communities for mentoring so creative competent people should be training, national competitiveness
should be secured, and voluntary capacity of cultural citizens should be built. Furthermore, it is necessary
to support non-profit education groups, build a professional manpower pool in culture, arts and education,
and provide regular training courses and workshops to raise positive awareness for adult learners having
difficulties in investing money in education. As building infrastructure of lifelong education through those,
adult learner’s life satisfaction should be improved.
