본 연구는 간호대학생의 입학전형별 생애역량과 임상수행능력의 알아보기 위함이다. 연구대상자는 G지역 간호대학생을 대상으로 하였으며 자료수집은 설문지를 활용하였다. 연구결과는 입학사정관전 형과 교과전형간의 생애역량은 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 그러나 생애역량의 하부영역 중 사회 문화적 역량에서 소속감, 사회문화적수용성, 사회화 영역에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 또한 입학전 형에 따른 임상수행능력은 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 그러나 하부영역인 간호교육/협력관계, 대인관계/의사소통 영역에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 전형에 따른 학생들의 역량의 차이가 없음을 나타내고 있어 학생선발 및 교육이 적절히 이루어지고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 그러 나 두 전형 간 유의한 차이를 나타낸 하부영역에서 입학사정관 전형의 학생들의 점수가 높은 것을 볼 때 입학사정관전형이 교과 외 활동 및 면접을 통해 간호학에서 요구하는 인재상에 부합하는 학생 을 선발하고자 하는 취지에 부합한 결과로 볼 수 있으며 향후 입학전형 수립에 기초자료가 될 것이 다.
This study measured the life competencies of students admitted to college through admission officer system and academic achievement to identify the difference in life competencies by method for nursing college students’admission type and clinical performance confidency. The target sample of this study was nursing college students in G region. Questionnaires were used to collect data. The results of this study did not show a significant difference in life competencies between admission officer system and academic achievement. However, there was a significant difference in a sense of belonging, sociocultural acceptability, and socialization of sociocultural competencies among sub-areas of life competencies. Clinical performance confidency was not significantly difference. but there was a significant difference in nursing education/cooperative relations and interpersonal-relationship/communication among sub-areas of clinical performance confidency. The results show that student selection and education are being performed properly because there is no difference in students' life competencies and clinical performance confidency. This means that the selection through admission officer system serves the purpose of selecting students required by nursing science based on extracurricular activities and interviews. The results of this study will serve as the basic data for establishing a future admission selection plan.
