본 연구는 한국의 D대학교의 사례를 살펴봄으로써 한국 대학교육의 변화를 이해하고자 한다. 역량 에 대한 관심이 높아지고 OECD의 DeSeCo 프로젝트를 통해 공교육에까지 역량교육이 도입되고 있 다. 우리나라는 2010년 이후 교육부의 국책사업 CK, Link, ACE 등에 참여한 대학교를 중심으로 역량 교육이 적극적으로 도입되고 있다. 그로부터 8년이 지나고 있는 이 시점에서 우리나라 대학교가 역량 기반 교육의 도입으로 인해 어떻게 달라지고 있는지 알아보는 것은 가치가 있을 것이다. 이러한 관점 에서 본 연구에서는 교육부의 ACE사업에 참여하며 역량기반 교육을 시행하고 있는 D대학교를 살펴 보려고 한다. 특히 ACE 사업은 ‘잘 가르치고 잘 배우기’라는 것을 모토로 이루어지고 있으며, 교육과 정과 교수학습, 교육의 질 관리를 주요한 요소로 다루고 있기 때문에 ACE 사업에 장기간 참여하고 있는 대학교를 선정하는 것이 적절하다. 연구결과 D대학교는 전문가와 교육주체의 요구를 수용한 역 량을 정의하고 있다. 아울러 D대학교는 본교의 교육목적, 철학, 인재상과 부합하도록 역량을 정의하 여 5개의 핵심역량과 15개의 하위요소를 지정하고 있다. 주요 특징으로는 본교의 교육철학을 구현하 기 위해 부분적으로 고유한 성격을 역량에 부여하고 있다. 전반적으로 직무교육과 관련하여 학생의 능력개발에 보다 더 노력이 집중된 것으로 보인다.
In this research, researchers will try to understand the changes of Korean university education by looking at the case of D university in Korea. Interest in competency has increased and competency education has been introduced to public education through OECD's DeSeCo project. Korea has been actively introducing competency education mainly from universities which participated in the national education policy project such as CK, Link, ACE etc. since about 2010. It will be worthwhile to investigate how Korean universities are changing with the introduction of competency-based education at the time that about 8 years have passed since then. From this point of view, in this research, we will try to investigate the university of D which is participating in the ACE project of the Ministry of Education and implementing competency-based education. Particularly in the ACE project, because the motto is "to teach well and to learn well", and it deals with educational curriculum, teaching and learning, and quality control of education as the main element, it is appropriate to select an university which participated in the ACE project for a long time. Research results show that D university defines the competency to accept the requirements of experts and educational entities. In addition, D university has defined competencies so that it matches our educational purpose, philosophy, talent image, and designates five core competencies and fifteen sub-elements. As a main feature, D university has given partly unique properties to the competency to realize it’s educational philosophy. As a whole, it seems that D university’s efforts concentrate on students' competency development in relation to job education
