본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 인성교육 프로그램을 위한 기초자료로, 간호대학생들의 인성 및 관련요인을 파악하기 위해 시행되었다. 연구설계는 서술적 상관관계연구로, 연구기간은 2016년 5월 20 일부터 6월 13일까지였으며 연구대상은 B시에 소재하는 T대학교와 D대학교 간호학과 학생 393명이 었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe' test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 대상자의 일반적 특 성에 따른 인성 정도는 학과선택동기, 대학생활만족도, 전공만족도에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보 였다. 간호대학생의 인성, 회복탄력성, 행복지수 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 간호대학생들의 인성 은 회복탄력성, 행복지수와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 또한 대상자의 인성에 영향을 미치 는 관련변인은 회복탄력성, 행복지수, 대학생활만족도, 전공만족도, 학과선택동기 순이었으며, 전체 설 명력은 48.0%였다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생들의 올바른 인성을 함양하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하는 데 유용하게 활용될 것이다.
This study was conducted to explore the factors affecting resilience, happiness index on personality in nursing students. Data were collected by questionnaires from May 20 to June 13, 2016. A total of 393 nursing students participated in the study. Data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 20.0. The mean scores for personality, resilience and happiness index were average. There were significant mean differences in personality according to motivation for selecting nursing, satisfaction with college life and satisfaction with nursing major. Personality correlated positively with resilience and happiness index. The significant predictors of personality included resilience, happiness index, motivation for selecting nursing, satisfaction with college life and satisfaction with nursing major. The regression model explained 48.0% of personality. To enhance personality in nursing students, it is necessary to build effective strategies to focus on promoting their resilience and happiness index.
