기업가는 위험감수성, 성취욕구, 통제위치, 모호성 및 불확실성에 대한 인내를 가진 전문 경영인이 다. 성공한 기업가가 되기 위해서는 이와 같은 요소를 갖추고 있어야 하며 도전과 개척정신, 신념과 정신, 합리추구의 정신을 가져야 바로 선 기업을 만들 수 있으며 제대로 된 노사관계를 형성할 수 있 다. 한국의 경우 급격히 발전을 이룩한 80년대부터 현대에 이르기까지 수많은 시행착오를 겪으며 그 시대의 문화, 정부, 사회, 자원과 공존하며 현재까지 살아남았다. 한국이 이렇게 성장하기 까지 굉장 히 많은 기업가들이 기업과 일자리를 만들었으며 국가적 차원의 지원도 한 몫 했다. 하지만 지금 한 국의 경제는 제자리걸음을 하고 있으며 경제침체의 늪에 빠져있는 것이 현재 상황이다. 가까운 중국 의 경우 빠른 발전 속도를 보이며 G2의 반열에 올라섰다. 그 원인을 알아보기 위해 중국의 성장 발 전에 있어 밑거름이 된 기업가 정신을 이해하고 파악한다면 지금 한국이 격고 있는 경제침체를 타개 할 수 있는 해결책을 제공할 것이다.
Entrepreneurs are professional managers with endurance to risk sensitivity, achievement desires, control positions, ambiguity and uncertainty. In order to become a successful entrepreneur, it is necessary to have the above factors and to have a challenging and pioneering spirit and a pursuit of rationality to create a good company and form a proper labor relations. Korea has made a rapid development and has survived numerous trials and errors from the 1980s with the background of the culture, government policy, society, and resources of that era. There were so many entrepreneurs who created businesses and jobs, and also supported the rapid development of the country. China is close to the fastest pace of development. Understanding the entrepreneurship that underpinned China's growth and development will provide opportunities for Korea to take back the recessionary economic situation and help to provide solutions of further economic development.
