Nurnber of internet users has been increased trernendously nowadays. The opportunities for users are many, but there are limitations for free internet use without knowing about the conditions of internet using. In reality, the positive participation in information planning of the users is not simple because of their disadvantages in social, econornic, scientific, and physical aspects. Therefore, the equity of opportunities in the society to access the knowledge information is irnportant. In the study, it had been tried to introduce the real conditions of web- accessibility, from the view point of law and systern for the maintenance of web- accessibility at domestic and internationa1 level. Based on the web- accessibility of the country, we had evaluated integra1 professional treatrnent institutes, integral hospitals in the country and 103 medical institutes/ hospitals at international level for the developrnent of web-accessibility. Key words of {alt text} and {frame} were used for the evaluation of web- accessibility. It was found that the homepages of the country’s medical institutes on web- accessibility were quite less than the international rnedical institutes, and the difference was significant. Establishment of individual web- accessibility of medical institutions for srnooth running is the required future task and that should include the public undertaking or public corporations services, with a setup of individual guidelines, administration of knowledge improvernent for education and publicity, cornplements of law and systern etc.
