We investigated in order to clarify the actual condition of child-care provider who supports a child in a pediatric ward. The number of valid returns was 450 institutions ,a 43.1% ratio. The number of pediatric ward where child-care provider arranged is 138 ,a 30.7% ratio . The number of hospital where child-care provider arranged is 26 ,a 5.85% ratio ‘ It had increased 22% compared with 2005 . The place where child-care provider arranged is NICU and outpatients in a hospital .The working shift of child-care provider as night time is 9 ,as early morning time is 30,leter morning time is 31 institutions. The time and place what child -care provider working is expended . The instltutions that take a medical expenses as child -care provider cost is 92 a 60.5 ratio. Their specialty of child-care provider practical using is only 113 institutions (68.9% ) but 22% institutions there they have been worked as other business.
