연구의 필요성 및 목적 : 최근 들어 남자간호학생 수가 증가되고 있는 추세에 따라 남자간호사의 활동영역은 앞으로 더욱 확대될 것이고, 그에 따른 임상실습의 증가로 스트레스 또한 증가할 것이다. 이에 따라 임상실습에 대한 적절한 대처능력 부족으로 인한 남자간호학생들의 임상실습스트레스에 대한 영향요인을 규명하고, 대처방안을 탐색 하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 참여자는 임상실습을 마치고 간호학과에 재학 중인 3학년과 실습 중인 2학년 남학생 12명이다. 질적 연구의 방법 중 포커스 그룹인터뷰를 이용하여 임상실습 경험을 탐구하고자 개방형 질문지를 이용하여 평균 1시간 30분의 면담을 진행하였다. 자료 분석은 녹음한 후 기록하고 주제별로 범주화하는 과정을 통해 이루어졌고, 질적 연구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 확보하였다. 연구결과: 자료를 분석한 결과, 3개의 범주로 구성되며, 8개의 주제, 19개의 의미 있는 진술이 도출 되었다. 3개의 범주는 ‘감당해야 할 스스로의 짐’, ‘미래 동료들의 태도에서 자신들의 미래를 바라봄’, ‘부정적 환경에서 긍정적 환경으로의 변화’로 도출되었다. 결론: 간호학과의 임상실습을 수행함에 있어서 여성에 비해 소수인 남성의 간호문화가 어떻게 수 용되고 있는지를 규명하고 효과적인 임상실습과 그로인한 스트레스에 대처하기 위한 중재 개발을 위 한 기초자료로 활용될 것을 기대한다.
Purpose: This aim of this study examined to understand the role of stress coping skills. The number of male nursing students are rising sharply, We see that a male nurse is to expand further in the future, and spheres of activity for clinical training Coping mechanism to augment the most important thing is. Method: The participants in this study were 12 male nursing students. The participants were interviewed for an average of 90 minutes. The data was analyzed according to Colaizzi's method for phenomenological analysis. Result:The results of this study revealed 3-category, 8-concept, and 19-subcategory. The three categories, ‘the burden from it has to bear themselves.’ ‘the future of future colleagues a view their own future’, as ‘the change into the environment in an environment negatively’ could be reached. Conclusion: This study compares differences between male and female nursing students stress coping mechanisms. These results will contribute to the effective clinical practice of male nurses by developing arbitration programs
