본 연구의 목적은 학기 내 간호대학생의 학기진행에 따른 소진과 진로정체감의 변화를 파악하는 것이다. 연구대상자는 간호학과에 재학 중인 간호대학생 240명으로 하였다. 자료수집은 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌으며, 학기 초와 학기 말에 자료수집이 진행되었다. 연구도구로는 소진(MBI-SS), 진로정 체감 측정도구가 사용하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS WIN 22.0 program을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 학기 초의 소진의 점수가 37.17±8.04점이었던 것에 비해, 학기 말에는 41.29±7.44점으로 학기 초와 학기 말 의 소진 점수에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=-10.608, p=.000). 소진의 하위영역인 정서적 고 갈, 냉소, 개인적 효능감 모두에서 또한 학기 말의 점수가 학기 초의 점수보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 진로정체감의 점수는 학기 초 10.40±4.95점에서 학기 말 8.23±5.11점으로 통계적으로 유의하게 낮아진 것으로 나타났다(t=3.369, p=.000). 본 연구를 통하여 간호대학생은 학기 내 간호학과의 학기진 행에 따라 소진을 경험하지만, 학기진행에 따른 경험을 통하여 진로정체감을 확립하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
The purpose of this study was to identify changes of burnout and career identity during academic semester among undergraduate nursing students. For this study, 240 nursing students were involved. Data was collected in two time points, beginning of the semester and end of the same semester, using structured questionnaire including measurement of burnout and career identity. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 22.0 program. The results of this study were as follows. The score of burnout at the end of the semester was significantly higher than the beginning of the semester(t=-10.608, p=.000) among nursing students. Also, the score of career identity at the end of the semester was significantly higher than the beginning of the semester (t=3.369, p=.000). Nursing students are under a lot of stress from academic studies as well as clinical practices and therefore they feel burnout at the end of the semester. However nursing students have career identity after completing the academic semester.
