The purpose of this study was to investigate pre-school elementary school teacher’s experience and
significance on the structural change of practical training in physical education at university of education.
Data were collected through interview and study participants’ physical education diary. The results of
analysis based on domain analysis and taxonomic analysis suggested by Spradley(1979) are as follows.
First, the study participants presented the development of formation of integrated goals in the course of
understanding, the awkwardness and joy of the experience and establishing positive relationships between
learners and learners in the course of communication through the course of practical training in physical
education as the details of experience. Second, the study participants deduce the educational significance
such as building self-confidence in conducting a physical education class, developing a teaching
perspective to teach a student, and setting the standard for ‘good class.’ In the discussion, this study
analyzed and interpreted educational experience and significance and growth and change through the
course of practical training in physical education in relation to precedent studies, and presented a scheme
of running a course of practical training in physical education in the future. This study will be helpful in
seeing the experience and significance of course of practical training in physical education at university
of education from the educational point of view, and designing a scheme of conducting the integrated
practical training in physical education.
