본 연구는 뇌사자 장기기증에 대한 올바른 인식과 활성화를 위해서 대학생들에게 뇌사자 장기기증 에 대한 지식과 실천의지를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상은 부산지역 S대학교의 대 학생을 임의로 표집한 154명으로 자료수집은 2016년 10월 5일부터 11월 2일까지이며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 대상자의 장기기증 지식은 총 17점 만점에 평균 8.37±4.33점이었고, 일반적 특성에서 여학생(t=-2.74, p=.007), 19세 이하(F=3.47, p=.034), 보건계열 (t=.05, p=.004)이 장기기증 관련 지식점수가 높았다. 장기기증 관련 특성에서 정보 확보(t=3.16, p=.006), 교육여부(t=2.17, p=.031), 장기기증 서약(t=2.65, p=.009)이 장기기증 실천의지에서는 본인이 희망하는 경우(F=4.76, p=.003)에서 장기기증 관련 지식 점수가 높았고 이들 간에는 약한 정적 상관관 계가 있음을 확인하였다. 장기기증 지식에 영향을 주는 요인은 본인 희망, 성별, 나이의 순으로 나타 났고 설명력은 18.7%로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생의 장기기증에 대한 실천의지를 높이기 위해서 이상 의 영향요인을 고려해야 할 것을 제안한다.
In this paper was to examine organ donation knowledge, practice will and identify influencing factors of university student’ toward organ donation. A self-reported questionnaire survey was carried out for 154 students from S university in Busan from October 5 to November 2 2016. Corrected data were analyzed by using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The knowledge score toward organ donation was 8.37±4.33. There were statistically significant differences in the score on knowledge about brain death organ donation according to gender(t=-2.74, p=.007), age(F=3.47, p=.034), department(t=.05, p=.004), getting information(t=3.16, p=.006), education(t=2.17, p=.031), pledge(t=2.65, p=.009) and self hope(F=4.76, p=.003) in practice will. Factors influencing on organ donation knowledge were self hope(ß=.22), gender(ß=.17), age(ß=.18). The model was statistically significant explaining 18.7% of the variance(F=5.38, p<.001). Therefore to encourge practice will of university student’ toward organ donation above factors should be considered.
