The purpose of this study was to design curriculum contents model of adaptation counseling in the soldier’s life. In order to attain the purpose, researcher analyzed literatures related the soldier’s life and counseling program of the soldier’s life. Based on the analysis results, the curriculum contents model of the military adaptation counseling was extracted category, domain and elements. And then, researcher conducted delphi method to valid the curriculum contents model of the provisional military adaptation counseling by constituting 5 experts of the military counseling and general counseling. The results are as follows: the curriculum contents model of the military adaptation counseling was divided into category, domain and elements. The category consists of individual internal and external, and consists of psychological, social, and cognitive domains as individual internal domains, and military organizational characteristics and psychological tests as external domains. And 25 elements were extracted depending on the domains. The results for this study were to be significant in terms of proposing the curriculum contents model which is the key to develop the military adaptation counseling program model and also providing basic data for military adaptation counseling.
