There are better options for welfare programs in elementary schools ; and the welfare demands that school members suggest. A survey from 334 parents, 318 students and 283 teachers-teachers from special support schools, innovative schools and general schools from Seoul District Dept. of education-obtained results about advancements of school welfare in elementary schools. The results are as follows : First, For universal education benefits to function properly, normal schools should also offer comfortable rest areas (caring classes) similar to those that welfare special support schools offer. Welfare-friendly conditions and sharing pooling system should be provided to normal schools. Second, Demand-centric customized programs are needed based on the verification of students needs and programs. In the school program, is the ‘performance upgrade program'. Then the Department of education must keep up with the steady research and development challenges and proven programs that display the individuals potential and maximize the ability of the maladjusted children. Third, To solve the education gap, there must be an ongoing interest and support. We should try our best making our community take care of the students and educate them with the integrated service support. including welfare Presented as an advanced and rituals. and it should be the realization of happy education welfare fulfilling the students needs.
