본 연구는 요양보호사를 대상으로 노인요양시설의 안전사고 실태를 살펴 보고 안전문화 수준을 분석함으로써 노인요양시설의 안전관리에 일익을 담 당하고자 함을 목적으로 연구되었다. 이를 위해 노인요양시설에서 근무하고 있는 요양보호사를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 자료는 2014년 11월 10일 부터 11월 27일까지 설문지를 배포하여 작성하게 하고 다시 회수하는 방식 으로 수집하였으며, 회수된 300부의 설문지 중 통계처리에 어려움이 있는 16부를 제외하고 총 284부를 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 Spss for Windows ver 16.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석, 요양보호사가 경험 한 안전사과 실태를 살펴보고 요양보호사가 지각한 노인요양시설 안전문화 의 수준을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of long-term care workers about the state of safety accidents and safety culture in elderly care facilities in an effort to make a contribution to the safety management of elderly care facilities. The subjects in this study were the selected long-term care workers in elderly care facilities, on whom a survey was conducted. Data were gathered by asking the care workers to fill out the given questionnaires from November 10 to 27, 2014. The answer sheets from 300 respondents were gathered, and the answer sheets from 284 respondents were analyzed except for 16 ones of which it's difficult to make a statistical analysis. A statistical package SPSS WIN 16.0 was employed, to examine the awareness of long-term care workers about the state of safety accidents and safety culture in elderly care facilities in an effort to make a contribution to the safety management of elderly care facilities.
