Because the success and failure depend on the way of management and
operation of human resources in various environmental exchange, the
purpose of this study is on effective managing methods on system
effectivity level for it.
To accomplish the purpose of this study, data for 202 care workers who
were working for welfare centers for the aged were collected in D City and
G Province, and the analysis was done with SPSSWIN 12.0 program.
The results showed that the higher recognition level for team spirit,
active involvement and congruency of the goal the followers have in the
relation with their superiors, the higher effect was found to the formation
with their superiors. It means that it gives effect to increase the effectivity
of the system in the members' correlation. And it means that the
recognition on the relation between the superiors and followers gives effect
on their job attitude, thus the higher the relation formation between the
superiors and followers, it shows the higher job satisfaction and the lower
job leaving intention. It suggests that the relation between them gives
effect on their job effectivity.
On the basis of the result of this study, it suggested active implication
and methods for following studies on the management of human resources
at the field of social welfare activity.
