This study aims to seek for the plans to settle the facility evaluation
system effectively based on the understanding of the awareness to the
facility operation change before and after the facility evaluation by the
employees of the living facility of the disabled which got evaluated every 3
years (2001-2007).
The result of the research and analysis on total 195 people who work at
33 facilities around Honam area in order to achieve the aim is as in the
following. Namely, there appeared the statistically meaningful differences in
all areas of the organizational operation and finance and the rights of the
people, program and service quality, community relations, human resource
administration, facility environment and equipment.
Based on this research result, it suggested the positive change of
people’s awareness of the living facilities of the disabled and a proposal for
the effective settlement of the facility evaluation system.
