본 연구의 목적은 교육취약계층인 빈곤가정 초등학생을 대상으로 교육복지투 자우선지원사업의 일환으로 실시하는 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램이 진로정체감 과 자기효능감 향상에 미치는 효과성을 분석하고자 하는데 있다. 상기 목적 달 성을 위해 경상북도 p지역의 교육복지투자지원사업 대상 초등학교 4-6학년 남 녀 학생 10명을 실험집단으로 설정하여 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램을 실시하 였다. 동 프로그램은 2013년 4월부터 2013년 7월까지 주1회, 총 10회기로 구 성되었으며, 각 회기는 100분씩으로 진행하였다. 또한 10명의 통제집단을 설정 하여 실험집단과 통제집단 간의 비교를 통해 프로그램의 효과성을 분석하였다. 첫째, 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램은 빈곤가정 아동의 진로정체감 향상에 도 움이 되는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램은 빈곤가정 아동의 자기효능감에도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 자기효 능감의 하위요인 중 아동의 자신감과 과제선호도 향상에 도움이 되는 것으로 나 타났다. 상기연구결과의 함의를 바탕으로 빈곤가정 아동의 진로상담 프로그램의 활성화를 위한 학교사회복지실천적 접근방안을 제안하였다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of career exploration group counseling program on career identity and self-efficacy of elementary school students in poverty. To achieve these aims, objectives of this study were 20 elementary school students in Pohang which participated in the education welfare project. These 20 elementary school students who volunteered to participate in this program were assigned to an experimental group(n=10) and a control group(n=10). The program was implemented once a week for 10 weeks, total of 10 sessions(100 minute per session) from 3. - 6. 2013. However no intervention was given to the control group. As a result of this study, there were statistically significant differences in career identity and self-efficacy of the experimental group. In conclusion, it was turned out the career exploration program produced a positive effect in improving career identity and self-efficacy of the elementary school children in poverty. Base on this research we suggested a school social work approach to help career planning for elementary school children in poverty.
