Into the 21st century, Supply of cultural activity services for the disabled has steadily been increased in both on public sector and private sector. On the other hand, supply system of cultural activity services including management on the quality of services, user’s participation and so on is about to begin. In these contexts, this study tried to describe present problems and directions for the future of supply system of cultural activity services for the disabled. The study says that such a expansion of voucher provisions in market- like supply system, of a private sector in supply system, of a user’s participation in the process of program design are apparent. On the other hand, a service overlap and a segmental service are also apparent on this account of the absence of service network & service coordination in local government delivery system. In conclusion, This study on supply system of cultural activity services for the disabled has converged into two main issues; how to make good a deficiency with private sector and how reasonably to get rid of inefficiencies in the process of the supply system.
