The purpose of this study is to develop social enterprise models providing
social services through the voucher programs. This study adopts a multiple case
study. It is found that what were the social service organizations’ facing management
issues and influencing factors to solve the issues. A common management
strategy is presented for a non-profit social service organization to develop
a social enterprise.
This study suggests that management models for social service organization
would be various combinations among fields of production, quality management,
human resource management, customer management and marketing depending
on their business models. To develop a more sophisticated and
diversified model, a more multiple simulated study is needed.
