Nowadays the theme of “the end of philosophy” is ordinary discussed, for that background comprehensible the traditional metaphysics is not any more relevant and appropriate. The 2,500-years-long philosophy could not explain the world reality or the human existence etc. In this context M. Heidegger insisted a new thought overcoming the traditional metaphysics through the concept of the Being-forgetting(Seinsvergessenheit). This philosophy considers the overcoming of the substance philosophy and being-thought. In this article that point will be elucidated and the possibility of the philosophy for the bio-politics in the “Faktizität” (the horizon of the present). In this article the possibility of the bio~politics is discussed for the overcoming the modern bio-sovereignty that distorts the life and seizes meaning of the being. For that point Heidegger’s insist for the new thought will be explained and based that the meaning and context of the bio-politics philosophy. At the last passage the Agamben’s philosophy of the bio-politics is critically reflected on the context and meaning. This reflection is concerned post-metaphysically about the hermeneutical horizon of the bio-philosophy in the contemporary.
