본 연구는 보육교사의 인성이 보육교사의 행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석하고. 회복탄력성이 보육교 사의 인성과 행복감 간의 관계를 매개하는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 지역에 소재하 고 있는 보육교사 137명을 대상으로 인성, 행복감 및 회복탄력성 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하 였으며, 수집된 자료들을 바탕으로 주요 변인들 간의 관계를 살펴보기 위해 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 그리고 보육교사의 인성과 행복감의 관계에서 회복탄력성이 매개효과가 있는지 검증하기 위하여 매 개효과검증 3단계 절차에 따라 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 보 육교사의 인성은 행복감과 회복탄력성에 정적 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 행복감은 회복탄력성과 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 보육교사의 인성과 행복감의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 완전 매개하는 것으 로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 정리하면 보육교사의 경우 인성 수준이 높을수록 행복감 수준 또한 높았 으며 인성에서 행복감으로 가는 과정에서 회복탄력성이 매개한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 토대로 보육교사들을 대상으로 하는 인성교육과 회복탄력성에 관련된 앞으로의 후속 연구에 대한 제언과 시사점을 줄 수 있으리라 생각한다.
This study was intending to analyze the influence of a child-care teacher’s character on happiness and to look into whether resilience mediates the relationship between a child-care teacher’s character and happiness. To this end, this study conducted a survey using character, happiness and resilience scale targeting 137 teachers working at child-care centers located in Gyeonggi-do region; in addition, this study looked into the correlation to examine the relationship between major variables on the basis of collected data. Also, this study conducted the hierarchical analysis according to 3-phased procedures of the mediated effect verification in order to verify whether resilience produces a mediated effect in the relationship between a child-care teacher’s character and happiness. This study’s result is as follows: First, it was found that a child-care teacher’s character showed a positive correlation with happiness and resilience while happiness showed a positive correlation with resilience. Second, resilience in the relationship between a child-care teacher’s character and happiness was found to do full mediation. Summing up the above results, this study found that in case of a child-care teacher, the higher the character level, the higher the happiness level as well, and that resilience does mediation in the process of moving to happiness from character.
