The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of self - esteem on decision - making ability and
resilience of college students attending Early Childhood Education. The purpose of this study is to
investigate the relationship between self - esteem, decision - making ability and resilience of early childhood education and college students, and the effect of self - esteem on decision - making ability and
resilience. The subjects of this study were 180 students of early childhood education college at B university
located in A city. Data processing was analyzed using SPSS WIN 21.0v program. The results showed that
self - esteem of early childhood education college students had a significant effect on decision - making
ability and resilience. Also, self - esteem, decision - making ability, and resilience were found to be
correlated. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the preliminary teacher who prepares for teaching profession
an opportunity to acquire skills to solve problems through smooth communication of other people in
various situations facing in university life. In the curriculum for teacher training, it is necessary to cope
flexibly in the stress situation faced in college life, and to encourage it to develop and grow on the
occasion.
